In West Virginia, all of the following counties: Monongalia, Mineral, Hampshire, Grant, Hardy, Pendleton, Doddridge, Gilmer, Braxton, Webster, Harrison, Lewis, Upshur, Tayor, Barbour, Randolph, Tucker, Preston, Marion, Morgan, Berkley and Jefferson. All of Wetzel County except New Martinville, which is in the jurisdiction of Local 142. In Virginia: the counties of Frederick and Shenandoah. In Pennsylvannia, all of Bedford amd Fulton counties; Mt. Morris in Green County; all of Franklin County with the exception of Mount Alto Park and Caledonia Park which are in the jurisdiction of Local 294, Lancaster, PA; and all of Somerset County except that portion belonging to Local 41. In Maryland, all of Allegheny, Frederick, Garrett, and Washington.
