Jurisdiction shall include in Minnesota, all of the following counties: Anoka, Becker, Big Stone, Blue Earth, Brown, Carver, Chippewa, Chisago, Clay, Cottonwood, Dakota, Dodge, Faribault, Freeborn, Fillmore, Goodhue, Hennepin, Houston, Isanti, Jackson, Kandiyohi, Kittson, Le Seuer, Mahnomen, Marshall, Martin, McLeod, Meeker, Mower, Nicollet, Norman, Olmsted, Otter Tail, Pennington, Polk, Ramsey, Red Lake, Redwood, Renville, Rice, Roseau, Scott, Sibley, Steele, Swift, Traverse, Wabasha, Waseca, Washington, Watonwan, Wilkin, Winona, and Wright. In Wisconsin, all of the following counties: Polk, St. Croix, Pierce, Washburn, Sawyer, Barron, Rusk, Dunn, Chippewa, Eau Claire and Pepin. All of North Dakota. Local 30-73 jurisdiction shall also include any geographic areas designated by the AFM International Executive Board.
