Playing music can be one of the most physical occupations. In this section, we include various articles on musician's health.
A musician's health is often determined by the precautions taken and attention given to one's body. Some musicians can go a lifetime without any music-related ailments. For most of us, however, we are not so lucky. Therefore, it is necessary that we understand the various threats to a musician's health and take the necessary steps to minimize health risks.
