Health and Therapy

Playing music can be one of the most physical occupations. In this section, we include various articles on musician's health.

A musician's health is often determined by the precautions taken and attention given to one's body. Some musicians can go a lifetime without any music-related ailments. Here a few articles on health topics of concern to musicians. If you know of any other pertinent articles, please e-mail them to sfawaz@afm.org.
