American Public Media
The American Public Media Agreement covers musicians recording music for inclusion in a public radio broadcast (“studio-produced show”). It also applies when American Public Media directly engages AFM members who are not covered under another collective bargaining agreement and who are not performing as employees of another employer for purposes of the engagement.

National Public Radio
The National Public Radio Agreement covers musicians recording music for inclusion in a public radio broadcast (“studio-produced show”). It also applies when National Public Radio directly engages AFM members who are not covered under another collective bargaining agreement and who are not performing as employees of another employer for purposes of the engagement. 

Public Radio
The Public Radio Agreement applies to any other producer of programming for public radio broadcast on any public radio outlet.
