Also, the following in Mahoning County: Smith, Sebring, Beloit and that area west of Route 45 between State Road 165 on the south and Western Reserve Road on the north and Route 534 on the west, which includes Ponderosa Park. Also that portion of Wayne County that includes Baughman, Dalton, Sugar Creek Twp., Mount Eaton, Paint Twp. And Fredericksburg.
