Refunds for membership
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your membership. If for any reason you are not satisfied , simply send an email to membership@afm.org within 30 days after your original transaction date for a refund. Refunds will be made to the credit card used in the original transactionIf you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to American Federation of Muscians.
Refunds for Tempo merchandise
Merchandise purchased from the Tempo program and returned within 30 days and in saleable condition will be eligible for a full refund less a 15% handling charge. Refunds will be made to the credit card used in the original transaction.
